Cookie Policy
How newsflux.pro uses cookies and similar technologies. Last updated: 14 July 2026.
1. Introduction
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage entries and session identifiers. This Cookie Policy explains what NewsFlux Media Pte. Ltd. uses on newsflux.pro, why, how long they last, which vendors are involved, and how to opt out. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
2. Operator
NewsFlux Media Pte. Ltd., 70 Circular Road, #03-01, Singapore 049424. UEN 202611482D. Privacy: [email protected].
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary
Essential for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled via our banner without breaking core features. No consent required under Singapore practice for strictly necessary cookies.
They are used to remember your cookie choice, deliver pages securely, and maintain basic session integrity for form security.
3.2 Analytics (optional)
Help us understand aggregated readership — pages viewed, referral sources, session length — without selling personal data lists. Loaded only after consent via Allow all or Manage choices.
3.3 Advertising (optional)
Support independent journalism by serving labelled ads. May involve third-party ad tags that set their own cookies for frequency capping and relevance. Loaded only with consent.
3.4 Preferences (optional)
Remember choices such as reduced-motion or section preferences where implemented. Optional and consent-based.
4. Cookie and storage inventory
Strictly necessary / first-party

Analytics (consent required)
- plausible_user — Anonymous page-view counter. Duration: twenty-four (24) hours. Vendor: Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted, no cross-site tracking, IPs not stored).
Advertising (consent required)

_gads,IDEwhere applicable) — Ad delivery, frequency capping, campaign reporting. Duration: up to thirteen (13) months per Google policy. Vendor: Google Ireland Ltd. Opt-out: reject advertising cookies in our banner or use Google Ads Settings.
5. Consent management and six-month storage
On your first visit, a banner offers Allow all, Essential only and Manage choices. Your choice is stored locally for six months, after which the banner may reappear so you can review preferences. Non-essential scripts are not loaded if you reject those categories.
To change your mind, clear site data for newsflux.pro or wait for the banner to return after six months. You may also adjust browser settings to block third-party cookies entirely.
6. How to opt out
- Use Essential only on our cookie banner;
- Open Manage choices and uncheck Analytics, Advertising and Preferences, then Save;
- Enable "Do Not Track" or equivalent browser privacy modes (we honour stored consent first);
- Visit vendor opt-out pages such as Google Ads Settings for ad personalisation;
- Email [email protected] for assistance.
7. Third-party embeds
Articles may embed videos or social posts. Those providers may set cookies when you interact with the embed, independent of our banner. Review their policies before playing or logging in.
8. Updates
We may update this inventory when vendors or Site features change. Last updated: 14 July 2026.
9. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Site functionality — for example, the consent banner may reappear each visit if local storage is cleared. Consult your browser help pages for instructions on Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
